The pool was absolutely refreshing, and I loved how it was heated in the evening for those cozy swims. The dining at Santé Ria? Simply phenomenal—they do dinner like it’s a work of art! Plus, the room was spacious and spotless with a gigantic TV that was perfect for my binge-watching sessions.
100% recommend! ❤️😍

The stay offered exceptional service. staff were attentive and took care of my mother during her early arrival, which made the check-in smooth. The pool area had a lively ambiance, complemented by great food and drink options, though the breakfast experience felt a bit crowded. Room cleanliness and comfort were notable highlights. However, the dining experience could use a more relaxed atmosphere, as the bustling energy during breakfast detracted from the enjoyment.

A Wonderful Stay Amid Challenges
Our 6-night stay was memorable, with exquisite dining options available on-site. Enjoy the rooftop pool area early in the day to avoid disturbances. This hotel truly impressed us with its beautiful interiors and superb service.

My stunning Horizon Suite was not only spacious but offered breathtaking views that made waking up a joy! The staff, like my favorites Komi and Mobin, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. And let's not forget the delicious food at Santè Ria—those ceviches are a must-try!

will be returning here soon
The classic double room was super clean and comfortable, with a great view from the corner windows. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had lots of options, though it was crowded later in the morning. Location was calm and easy to access public transport.

The vibe by the pool was super chill, and I loved lounging on the comfy cabana beds while listening to some nice Tropical House music. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa's full body massage were great for unwinding. There were quite a few people at breakfast which made it a bit crowded, but it didn’t really ruin my stay. 😊
